AQB Certified USPAP Instructor

Bruce Swearingen is a AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. This classification defines individuals who are AQB Certified USPAP Instructors and are also state certified real property appraisers.  The program, a formal process to certify USPAP instructors to teach the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), was adopted in an effort to improve the overall quality of USPAP instruction for all appraisal disciplines.
